Looking for peace, adventure and nature? The Wieprza is the trail for you. Little known, wild and barely developed – without big campsites, crowds or loud music. But with vast forests, especially in the upper and middle course.
On the route you'll meet ducks, cranes, swans, otters, roe deer, red deer, badgers and many other wild species. The Wieprza together with its tributary the Pokrzywna forms a very attractive, intimate trail.
The Wieprza is fairly easy and wide – only the upper section has a few rapids and obstacles in the form of submerged trees. Even novices, under the care of a few more experienced kayakers, will manage on this river.
It's a trail for those who value silence and closeness to nature away from the hustle. The vast forests and abundance of wild animals mean that every day brings new encounters with nature.
